1. Order processing & dispatch

• We process orders on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
• Standard dispatch time: within 3 business days of order confirmation (unless product page shows a different dispatch timeline).
• If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email/SMS within 48 hours of order confirmation and provide an updated dispatch estimate.

2. Shipping & delivery timelines

• Typical delivery time (after dispatch): 7–10 business days for domestic shipments within India. Delivery timelines vary by pincode and courier partner; remote-area deliveries may take longer.
• If you need expedited shipping, choose the Express option at checkout (additional charges may apply).

3. Shipping charges

• Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout. Offers for free shipping where applicable will be displayed on product pages or during checkout.

4. Tracking

• After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS. Use this to track your package on the courier’s website.

5. Failed deliveries & returns to sender

• If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address supplied by the customer or unavailability at the delivery address, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipment will be at the customer’s cost unless the return was due to our error.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).

6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

• If your product arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, notify us immediately and within 7 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video showing the damage (to help us investigate with the courier and for quality control). For damaged/defective deliveries, we will offer:
• Replacement, or
• Full refund, or
• Exchange for a product of comparable value,
  depending on stock availability and your preference.
• Refunds for accepted claims will be made using the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed. (Refund timing follows RBI/ bank timelines).

7. Cancellation policy

• Orders may be canceled by you free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may follow the returns process after delivery (if eligible).
• If we cancel an order for any reason (e.g., inability to deliver), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. International shipments

1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of artivure.com and purchase of products from Artivure. Please read carefully before placing an order.

2. Sellers & offers

• All product listings are offered by Artivure (registered entity: Artivure, [Registered address], GSTIN: [if applicable]). Product images are indicative; look at product descriptions for dimensions, weight, and material (polyresin). We strive for accuracy, but small variations in color/finish are possible.

3. Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify payment.

4. Price & taxes

• Prices are shown on-site and include applicable taxes where specified. We reserve the right to change prices; orders already accepted will be honored at the confirmed price.

5. Payment

• Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method subject to bank/RBI timelines.

9. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artivure’s liability for any claim arising from use of the site or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Force majeure

• We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, government action, strikes, pandemics, courier failures).

11. Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jodhpur (Rajasthan).

12. Amendment

• We may amend these Terms; continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
