- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email/SMS within 48 hours of order confirmation and provide an updated dispatch estimate.
2. Shipping & delivery timelines
- Typical delivery time (after dispatch): 7–10 business days for domestic shipments within India. Delivery timelines vary by pincode and courier partner; remote-area deliveries may take longer.
- If you need expedited shipping, choose the Express option at checkout (additional charges may apply).
3. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout. Offers for free shipping where applicable will be displayed on product pages or during checkout.
4. Tracking
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number and courier partner details via email/SMS. Use this to track your package on the courier’s website.
5. Failed deliveries & returns to sender
- If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address supplied by the customer or unavailability at the delivery address, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipment will be at the customer’s cost unless the return was due to our error.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control (force majeure).
6. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
- If your product arrives damaged, defective or is not as described, notify us immediately and within 7 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video showing the damage (to help us investigate with the courier and for quality control). For damaged/defective deliveries, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund, or
- Exchange for a product of comparable value,
depending on stock availability and your preference. - Refunds for accepted claims will be made using the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed. (Refund timing follows RBI/ bank timelines).
7. Cancellation policy
- Orders may be canceled by you free of charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may follow the returns process after delivery (if eligible).
- If we cancel an order for any reason (e.g., inability to deliver), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of artivure.com and purchase of products from Artivure. Please read carefully before placing an order.
